Heaven and Hell has opened a new shop at 8 Froma Lane, Katoomba, NSW - Australia
We are located behind the Paragon Chocolate shop on Katoomba Street, Katoomba - in the Blue Mountains
Open TUE to SAT 10am till 5pm 

Why THAT name ?

Nothing religious 'bout it - we just hope you remember it ! 

Sizing

Ok - as you may already know, sizes in clothing differ from brand to brand, clothing may be stretchy, or not so stretchy, and some countries have different sizing methods.
We prefer you to give us your measurements, and let us do the worrying for you. We will look at the brand you want, and look at your measurement, and we will try and match you up to the right size.
Have a friend, or grab a tape yourself, and take a measure around your torso (bust), of your hips (where your belly button is), and of your waist (where those awful hipsters sit).
Let us know your measurements, and we will match you up best we
can.
(If you can't find a tape, just let us know your normal size - ie a 12 and we will go from there)
If you are buying SHOES - please let us know your NORMAL SIZE - no need to measure your hips. 

The Size is WRONG !

Good question guys (and dolls)!
All clothing companies have different sized patterns, so sometimes a size 12 just isn't a size 12. We are here to help you, so if your item is a bit on the big side, or a bit on the small side, please let us know via email info@heavenandhell.com.au, and we will organise an exchange straight away.
Please keep all tags on all items, and keep them as you found them (UNWORN !) until you are sure it is an OK fit.

Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on HOSIERY, LINGERIE AND WORN HAIRCLIPS (unless they are faulty)

Let us know within 7days of recieving your goods via email info@heavenandhell.com.au.
Send the item back, UNWORN, IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITH ALL LABELS ATTACHED and upon receiving it, we will issue a refund.

Shipping costs

We endevour to keep all shipping costs to a minimum. Unlike some companies, we try not to make a profit from providing this service. Please let us know if you would like your item sent EXPRESS/URGENT as the price for this service is usually higher. 

Shoe Sizing

All our shoes are in US sizes.

If you are not sure which size, just email info@heavenandhell.com.au your AUS shoe size and foot length in centimetres, so that we can work out the best fit for you.

Our First Mate and Velvet Tigress lingerie are made in USA, so the sizing reflects this.
